You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at services@drakularmaments.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. To exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll guide you through the exchange process. Products with signs of use, are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of receipt, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. For nondefective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In cases where we’ve made an error or the item arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
